1. Agreement and operator
Melloworks is a DBA of Futurovend LLC. By accessing or using melloworks.io, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What this site provides
The site describes Melloworks’ work, products, capabilities, and working process. Its content is general information and an invitation to begin a conversation. A project inquiry, call, estimate, or website description does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed.
Client work begins only under a separate written agreement. Scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms, ownership, warranties, support, and any project-specific obligations will be stated there.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the site for a business inquiry. Information you submit must be accurate, lawful, and yours to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive data through the contact form.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or send unlawful or harmful material;
- probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the site or its security;
- introduce malicious code or use automated systems to scrape, spam, or abuse the site; or

5. Intellectual property
The site and its original text, design, branding, software demonstrations, images, audio, video, and other content are owned by Futurovend LLC or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation. No other license is granted.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate or perform requested services, protect the site, and comply with law.

The site may link to services operated by others, including scheduling and account services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we may send the Melloworks design letter and related studio updates to the address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Your use of email and the site remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. No professional advice; no warranties
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. 9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futurovend LLC and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us specifically for use of the site during the twelve months before the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live remain unaffected.
11. Changes and severability
We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. The date at the top will show the latest revision. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
